MFC courses offered through Pilates Manitoba

To become a Certified Fitness Instructor, take the first course - Exercise Theory.  We love that this course is done live, in person in our sweet studio,  rather than just online and your female instructor , Lisa, is also a licensed Physiotherapist. To register, call us at 204.487.2287.

What is GLA:D Canada?

Glad is available in Canada and will be offered in various locations across the country.  Robin Bone will be the PT running the GLA:D program at Pilates Manitoba.  The program includes:

- 2-3 education classes,
- 2 exercise sessions (twice a week for 6 weeks)
- measures you outcomes to monitor your improvement

The goal of the program is to reduce your OA symptoms so that you can do the things you want to do.

Everything you wanted to ask your physiotherapist, including the exercises you are prescribed, but were afraid to ask, come ask Denise!

Mondays 12 noon, use your class pass or $21 drop in to join Denise, our licensed physiotherapist & is Pilates certified.

Bring your Physio exercises and she will go over them with you.
