What do you love most deeply? You may love your partner, children, pets, car, home. You may love safety and comfort, or perhaps excitement and adventure. Maybe beautiful music, or art, or being in nature lights up your heart. Whatever you love you naturally want to be as close to it as possible, to know everything about it. You want to know the innermost truth of what you love. When we look closely we see that love itself is the motivating force for this desire to know, to be close, to be one with what it is you love. At the very depth of all these loves is the love for Truth itself. Our deepest love and desire is to know and be who and what we truly are.
