Spooky Fun at Rehab Medical!

Rehab Medical employees brought the spooky spirit to life this year with our annual Halloween costume contest! With so many standout participants, it was tough to choose, but only three winners could take home the pinnacle awards: The Most Creative Costume, the Overall Best Costume, and the Best Group Costume awards.

To kick things off, the Most Creative Costume award went to Amy Bridges, Cathy Davis, Stephanie Johnson, and Preethi Reddy Nomula of our Initial Billing team, who impressed everyone with their imaginative Tic-Tac approach. Logan Stowers took home the Overall Best Costume award for her standout look, which perfectly captured the Halloween spirit!

Finishing up our award recipients, we received the final award for Best Group Costume, which went to our HR team: Sarah Gegner, Jessi Harris, Bre Byrd, Elizabeth Baum, Lee Ann Robertson, Krista Chester, Mallory Russell, and Lindsay Urschel, for their extremely coordinated Wizard of Oz theme!

Our Field offices also joined in the fun, dressing up as their favorite spooky characters!

Strengthening Our Processes with the New Quality Assurance and Training Digital Database

The Quality Assurance and Training digital database is meant to give employees secure access to all Rehab Medical organizational documents, including policies, procedures, training materials, work instructions, and departmental resources.

By consolidating these key materials into one central location, we can promote consistency, create more efficient processes, and strengthen our compliance standards. The database will also supply employees with the most up-to-date information so they can perform their responsibilities with greater accuracy and confidence.

If you haven’t already, please check out the new database on the SharePoint site here. Should you have any questions or need additional information, reach out to your respective Quality Assurance Trainers.
