The LEAD program serves to provide opportunities for development and growth in individual leadership. Specifically designed to help newer managers grow and improve in their roles, this program covers topics such as Developing a Leadership Mindset, Giving and Receiving Feedback, Ownership, and more.
Because of the success we've seen with LEAD, our continuous growth, and the desire to continue to develop our team members, we decided to build out an additional opportunity. Beginning this summer, we are offering a secondary leadership program, LEAD 2. Topics in LEAD 2 include: Using Feedback for Growth; Managing Energy, Not Time; and Growing Coaching Abilities, among others. Click here to see who's involved in the first cohorts of LEAD 2
