The Forza team volunteered with SAWs to build a ramp for a Veteran who has bravely faced multiple strokes and was in need of safe access to his home. Honoring his roots in Hawaii, our team proudly flashed the shaka sign, a symbol of Aloha and support. We were honored to give back to this Veteran who has given so much. |

| Revitalization: Forza Expands Its Transformation Efforts to Two New Properties |
Forza is making strides in transforming its latest acquisitions: Clay Village Apartments and Green Valley Apartments. Clay Village, a 40-unit USDA property, is set for a refresh with new management on board to elevate the living experience for residents. Meanwhile, renovations are in full swing at Green Valley, where 24 units are receiving interior and exterior upgrades to enhance comfort and accessibility.
