How feasible is a new self storage location?
|

If there was a self storage podium, we would jump on it and exclaim, “If you want to enter the self storage market or think about expansion; start with a feasibility study!” Market research is more important than ever, especially now that so many new square meters of self storage rental are coming on to the market. After all, you want to invest heavily. Then of course it pays to make a good estimate in advance whether this investment is profitable.

Self storage by COVID-19 interesting for investors

| Investors with deep pockets are increasingly catching their eye on the American self storage industry. For example, the Blackstone Group is well on the acquisition path. It recently acquired Simply Storage for a whopping $1.2 billion. The reason for the acquisition is the ongoing corona pandemic.

Completion Storage Park Opslagbox Zutphen
|
|
|
|
Last year we were able to install a number of Z-Boxes at Opslagbox Zutphen. That was satisfying for both parties. After a trial period, StorageBox Zutphen has therefore decided to have a full Storage Park realized by us.
Customers can now choose from as many as 43 weatherproof outdoor units in various sizes. The containers are set up in such a way that they have already largely closed off the park.

If not by ground, then by air.
Because the desired location at this customer's site was not easily accessible, the final part of placing this storage container was done by air.
