We continue to move along the process for the Norman deal. Unfortunately, the appraiser got sick and it's delayed the lending process. So probably won't launch the deal till the end of next week and possibly the week after that.
We are looking at others deals to hopefully have another complex under contract before we close this next one we are about to launch.
We are proud of the performance of our combined portfolio for 2021. We are beating projections by 51% across our portfolio.
