| March Madness Showdown: Who Sank the Most Shots? | Forza and Rehab Medical branch offices participated in a March Madness Field Office Free Throw competition!
To compete, each team submitted a video recording of their players shooting the baskets for judges to verify the number of baskets made. Check out the action in this highlight reel! Early in the competition, Rehab Medical’s Baton Rouge and Nashville office went after it as the highest scoring teams for the first round, but ultimately Nashville's Andrew Starks made the most successful baskets with 18 points.
The semi-finals pitted Lexington, Pensacola, and Nashville against each other! The Semi-finals produced a 21-point win from the dynamic duo in Nashville and a tie between Lexington and Pensacola with 19 points each! So we had not two, but three branches competing in the final round! Ultimately, Pensacola landed in the top spot with 24 points, Nashville came in 2nd with 21 points, and Lexington came in 3rd with 19 points.
All branch office employees were also invited to submit their predictions for which two offices would compete in the final round. Those who predicted correctly were entered into a raffle for a $65 Swag Store gift card. The raffle winner was Taylor Hanna, Rehab Medical inventory specialist in Cleveland. |

| Celebrating 20 Years of Improving Lives: A Look Back and Ahead |
This year marks 20 years of improving lives at Rehab Medical! In 2005, CEO Patrick McGinley, Chief Sales Officer Keith Hawkins, and Vice President of Operations Jarrad Rankin set out to transform how individuals obtain customized mobility equipment through insurance.
Two decades later, Rehab Medical delivered high-quality custom mobility solutions, set new standards for customer service excellence, and empowered 230,000+ individuals with confidence and independence. As we reflect on our journey of growth, purpose, and unwavering commitment to our mission, we discover that we’ve built a legacy of innovation, service, and life-changing mobility solutions. |

Heroes Among Us: Quick-Thinking Team Members Save a Life |
While on a routine ride-along in Augusta, Michael Christensen and Daniel Sloan noticed smoke billowing from a neighboring home of the patient they were visiting. Acting swiftly, they alerted the homeowner, who was unaware his house was on fire, cut the power to prevent further danger, and convinced him to evacuate before emergency services arrived. Their quick thinking made a real difference in someone’s life.
This is a powerful reminder that small moments of compassion can change lives. How do you embody compassion in your daily work? Share your stories with us at marketing@rehabmedical.com. |

Making an Impact: Cork Medical’s Reputation Shines at Medtrade
|
I had the pleasure of watching our Sales Team represent us very well at Medtrade this week. Josh Boller and Noah Graham did an excellent job! People were coming up to the booth and waiting to talk to them. Also, Amy Morgan and RI Marketing Team did an excellent job helping with booth. The booth looked sharp.
I also had three separate conversations where people, who have been in industry for 20+ years, came up to me to tell me how good the name Cork Medical has in the industry. All three conversation were similar with “Cork is known for having such a great product and being a great company with great support.” It was neat to be standing by booth and people came up just to praise Cork Medical. It is a testament to this team and everyone’s hard work, and I wanted to share.
Thank you for all you do, and I know we are on the right track! Thanks, Patrick McGinley

Making an Impact Together: Our Visit to The Milk Bank and St. Vincent’s NICU |
Recently, we had the pleasure of touring the facility of our business park neighbors, The Milk Bank. Did you know that Indiana has the 13th highest infant mortality rate in the country, according to the CDC? The Milk Bank is dedicated to saving infant lives and improving health outcomes by providing access to safe, donor human milk—especially for premature and ill infants.
Distributing over 60,000 ounces of pasteurized donor milk each month to NICUs and hospitals, The Milk Bank has a profound impact across the Midwest. With our shared mission of improving and saving lives, we knew this was a cause we wanted to support. Our corporate office team is already planning volunteer opportunities to contribute to their incredible work.
Additionally, Mike Cates and Blair O’Reilly had the opportunity to tour the new NICU facility at St. Vincent’s, where we saw firsthand the state-of-the-art improvements aimed at reducing infant mortality in Indiana. We are honored to support our business park neighbors in their life-saving mission.
