PDMA 2020 Annual Conference goes Virtual!

After careful consideration, the PDMA Conference Committee, Executive Committee, and Board of Directors has decided to cancel the in-person 2020 PDMA Annual Conference and Research Forum in New Orleans, LA.

Quite simply, the safety of our members and their families is of paramount importance. With the rapidly evolving closures due to COVID-19 and travel bans by our member companies, we have concluded that it is neither safe nor practical to move forward with any in-person events at this time.

Although we are sad that we can’t gather in-person this year, that is not stopping us from launching an impressive lineup of online learning and networking opportunities, including a VIRTUAL Research Forum and 2021 Conference VIRTUAL Preview. The full schedule along with registration links will be available soon on PDMA.org.

Please save the date for our next in-person conference November 13-16, 2021 in Baltimore, MD! It is gearing up to be an incredible lineup of speakers, hands-on workshops, and key insights that you are looking for!  Conference registration will be available this fall.

Registered Attendees:

For anyone that had registered for the 2020 Conference and Research Forum, your registration fees will be refunded to the payment method that you originally paid. If something has changed, please contact Anna Buan at abuan@pdma.org. You will not be reimbursed for your travel expenses. If you have made any travel arrangements (hotel, airline, etc.) you will need to cancel your reservations and work with them directly on refunds.
On behalf of the entire PDMA volunteers and staff, we cannot thank you enough for your ongoing and inspiring dedication to this great organization. We will weather this storm and come back even stronger.

Sincerely,
PDMA Conference Committee
