Dear friends,
Thanks for tuning in for another round of updates as we continue full steam ahead this summer. We’re keeping busy, but rest assured it’s not all work and no play for our team.
In July, Graham had a blast enjoying some great live music at the Eno Festival in Durham. Seth spent some time learning about “The Gain and The Gap”, a framework for measuring progress through celebrating accomplishments in opposition to evaluating deficits, which is helping him find joy in his journey both personally and professionally. Vichi celebrated her engagement in Tarboro with friends, family, and a delicious meal hosted by ROI's dear friend, Inez Ribustello.
Keep reading to learn more about how our work is disrupting the status quo, including an exciting new federal funding opportunity for North Carolina Department of Health & Human Services stemming from one of our pilot programs in Edgecombe County.
Onward!
